Happy customer and I will keep buying more! Here’s a great internet recipe I used it for last night: caramelize a thinly sliced onion + say 2/3rds that quantity of thinly sliced fennel. Add 5-6 small garlic bulbs chopped roughly + 500ml or more chicken (or vegetables) stock. Reduce it, then strain – squeezing all the tasty liquid from onion / fennel / garlic – to make a delicious aniseed-y Unami-rich sauce for meats. Go French and whisk in lumps of cold butter for a richer sauce. Super easy, super tasty!
