    Unbelievable. By the time I was told that the order was to be delivered it took four days for the order to come. I kept sending emails , no order delivery. Left the money with the concierge at the lobby desk , kept going downstairs, no delivery. Finally a delivery after four days.

      We’ve asked you to give us new phone number and request the shipping service to correct it.
      According to the tracking information we’ve already shared the driver keep trying to contact you but couldn’t because you didn’t update.
      The other option we suggested that you ask your concierge to contact the delivery service for the redelivery.
      We are sorry you wait many days but please understand the reason why it happened.
