Suggest you check whatever systems you use because they’re apparently skimming and selling my data. All your confirmation emails went directly to junkmail suggesting i’m not the only one who has had this problem.

    Unbelievable. By the time I was told that the order was to be delivered it took four days for the order to come. I kept sending emails , no order delivery. Left the money with the concierge at the lobby desk , kept going downstairs, no delivery. Finally a delivery after four days.

      According to the tracking information we’ve already shared the driver keep trying to contact you but couldn’t because you didn’t update.
      The other option we suggested that you ask your concierge to contact the delivery service for the redelivery.
      We are sorry you wait many days but please understand the reason why it happened.

    最近、袋がジップ式に変わりましたが、以前の紙袋の方が良かったです。密閉されているので、届いた時には、中がすごく湿ってますよ。初めて買った人は抵抗あるんじゃないかな？私は全部取り出して乾燥させてから、別の紙袋に移し替えてます。物は良いので、残念。梱包を再度見直した方が良いと思う。

      密閉されていて、黒ニンニクが湿っているのを気にされているのは理解できます。

      紙袋からジップ式に変更した経緯ですが、紙袋だと雨季にカビが発生したことがありました。
      確かに通気性はいいのですが、外部の環境によって品質のコントロールができません。

      代わりにジップロックしたところ、湿気はある状態でもカビが発生しないことがわかりました。
      窒素を封入しているため、品質も長く保つことができています。

      心配でしたら、開封後冷蔵庫にて保存されることをお勧めします。
