At first I was hesitant to try it; (even though I know the healthy benefits I can get from it)-coz of the strong smell of garlic. After reading the comments of their customers. I decided to get the trial set- and was glad I did. I will order right away once I finish the set. It doesn’t taste like garlic at all; it’s more like of a dried fruit). I heard a lot of amazing benefits of Black Garlic, and after thoroughly searching online where I could avail it I luckily stumbled at the Daily Garlic Shop. The 7 days trial set is Legit! I was prepared to be dissapointed and thought it’s another marketing strategy but I was pleasantly surprised because I received a package 3 days after signing up.
I’m also enjoying the taste of the aged garlic, no smell and it taste way different than the raw garlic. Surprisingly, it taste like dried apricot.

My trial set arrived VERY quickly and was securely packaged. There are 2 types of Black Garlic in the package. They are both delicious eaten raw but I have also added them to eggs or rice dishes which worked very well. I will search for other recipes.
The taste of both is sweet, with Tone’s Special being slightly sweeter than the Regular. There is a slight hint of normal garlic flavour but it’s subtle. The texture is very soft, almost chewy. It is totally different from eating normal garlic and I don’t feel I’m breathing garlic fumes over everyone.
I am only on day 3 of eating it so at the moment I cannot comment on the health benefits, but it is absolutely delicious and I could happily eat a whole bulb of garlic in one go! I will definitely order more and share it with my friends.

I know that black garlic is good and I eat it but it is very difficult to make it. I received a sample for 7 days and it was too easy to eat and the product was too good.

Nice package , expiration date was not mentioned, came later by @. Good service. As a physician In Medicina Alternativa are well aware of the impact and importance of fermented food, you may call it SuperFood due to it high anti oxidant properties. I use it as a natural blood pressure regulator in atherosclerosis. But it has more good medical indications, and all is based on solid scientific literature. And the taste is delicious !

The little black garlic’s are fun to peel and really tasty to eat but I don’t see them in the brochure. In the brochure I received to place an order I see bulbs regular which are very large size and tones special elephant garlic which is a light tan color. The one I was interested in is the tiny black one which I don’t see in the brochure so I am confused.
